"WORST SERVICE 👎🏻 I bought a TV on 22nd October from Vijay Sales Kalkaji branch and the salesman Tanzeel handled my purchase. During the sale he was extremely responsive, promised that installation would be done the same day or next day. But after delivery, it’s been 4 days and still no installation. Now, Tanzeel’s phone is switched off and there’s zero response from the store team. Once they get the payment, they completely ignore the customer. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I’ll seriously think twice before buying anything from Vijay Sales again."
